Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop internal and external education and training systems in line with business needs, and establish and promote a comprehensive training framework.
2. Establish a training center, develop training programs and corresponding assessment criteria to deliver solutions (including negotiation and communication follow-up for training projects);
3. Maintain long-term communication and collaboration with domestic KOLs and mentor experts to stay abreast of industry trends, continuously refine curriculum design and the overall course system, and train new practitioners.
4. Develop training materials and tools, and establish diverse training formats to meet the needs of different business scenarios:
5. Development, implementation, performance evaluation, and follow-up on trainee feedback for sales training programs;
6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of electronic or web-based training portals, assessment tools, and learning reinforcement resources.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in orthopedic medical device products;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as medicine or clinical sciences;
3. Strong communication skills, approachable demeanor, and strong logical thinking;
4. Proficiency in English is preferred.

3. Willing to travel overseas for business; English proficiency sufficient for work purposes.

4. Willing to travel to clinical settings to provide technical support during live surgical procedures; no fear of blood.

5. Strong communication skills; articulate and logical in expression.
