Multi-Party Symposium on the Clinical Trial of Bone-Filling Implant Mesh Bags
On July 21, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., our company successfully held the “Investigator Meeting for the Clinical Trial of Bone-Filling Implant Mesh Bags” in the Press Conference Hall on the third floor of the Chutian Yue International Hotel in Wuhan.
The meeting was attended by researchers and institutional administrators from major clinical trial sites, including Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou First People’s Hospital, Hefei First People’s Hospital, Changsha Fourth Hospital, the School of Public Health at Fudan University, and Shanghai Lingshi Medical Technology Co., Ltd.
This meeting was chaired by Researcher Huang Jianying, Executive Deputy Director of the Clinical Trial Center at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, and focused on exchanging views and discussing the clinical trial protocol for bone-filling implant mesh bags, while also making preliminary arrangements for the subsequent conduct of clinical trial activities.
To begin, Professor Cai Lin, Vice President of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, delivered a welcoming address, extending a warm welcome to all the researchers in attendance and expressing gratitude for the support provided by the researchers and their institutions. He expressed his hope for smooth collaboration moving forward. Following this, Mr. Hu Dong, our company’s R&D Manager, gave an overview of the company and its products. Subsequently, Mr. Pang Bo from Shanghai Lingshi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. presented the clinical trial protocol. Thereafter, all participating researchers engaged in lively discussions on the trial protocol and the informed consent form. Finally, Mr. Zhang Pengyun, our company’s Director of R&D, thanked all the researchers for their valuable suggestions and guidance, bringing the meeting to a successful conclusion.
The bone-filling implant mesh bag is a novel, innovative, and highly market-competitive product independently developed by our company, particularly the angled bone-filling implant mesh bag. This design enables single-sided puncture to deliver the mesh bag to the contralateral side of the vertebral body, setting it apart from existing bone-filling mesh bags on the market. After years of dedicated research, this product has now reached full maturity. Following rigorous third-party testing and animal studies, its performance has been thoroughly validated, and the next step—conducting subsequent clinical trials—is imminent.
